Products are delivered to the delivery address given when the order is placed. In the situation of a mistake in your address details, Colimaçon a Dit shall not be held responsible in case of non delivery.
Any order means that the customer accepts the prices and the products sold. Any dispute on this point will correspond to a possible exchange made within the framework of guarantees mentioned below.
Products and prices are valid as advertised on Colimaçon a dit subject to stock availability. Information on product availability is provided when you place an order online. These details are given for information purposes only and are not binding. Should a product be unavailable after you have placed your order, we will let you know as soon as possible.
Colimaçon a Dit reserve the right to cancel or to refuse to accept your order if we find that there were litigating circumstances relating to the payment of a former order.
Colimaçon a Dit work at the order. Products are delivered within 3 or 4 working days if they are in stock. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you to inform you about the delivery date. If the product is not in stock, we will contact you to inform you about the delivery date.
If you are paying by transfer payment, your order will be processed only when your transfer has cleared.
Delivery times are set from the date your cheque clears and may therefore differ from times indicated when you placed your order.

Postage is free for delivery in mainland France. In this case, deliveries are made via LA POSTE, in COLISSIMO SUIVI 48H .
For large packages, Colimaçon a Dit reserves the right to ship via DPD to the address of your choice.

Products are delivered within 3 or 4 working days for France
Colimaçon a Dit shall not be held responsible for late deliveries.
In case of a late delivery, Colimaçon a dit will inform the customer as soon as possible.
You have 14 working days from the date of receipt to return the product.
If it does not meet your expectations, you will be liable for the cost of return postage. Refunds will be made only on the goods. Goods are to be sent to:

Goods should be returned in their original packaging and complete. (note of use in its original form). A copy of the receipt must be enclosed as proof of purchase.
Colimaçon a dit will not accept washed, incomplete, damaged or dirty goods.
No refund for non standard products.
A refund will be made by switch or by cheque within 5 days upon receipt of the returned goods.
Only prepaid transport will be accepted whatever the situation.
All the goods can be replaced except for non standard products.

If the exchange request includes a more expensive product, additional costs should be paid jointly with the exchange request. For lower costs the payment will be made to the original customer who ordered and paid.
In the case of a defective product, Colimaçon a dit will reimburse the purchase price, or will replace the goods, only if it is returned to Colimaçon a dit within the 10-day period.
For all consignments to be shipped outside of France, invoices are automatically calculated exclusive of taxes. Any customs duties, other local taxes, import duties or state taxes that may apply are your sole responsibility and are not payable by Colimaçon a dit.
In accordance with the French law N°78-17 of January,6th 1978 related to I.T, files and liberty (CNIL) – File n° 1091800 – you have the right to access, correct and object to any personal data that relates to you. You must let us know by sending a letter to the following address. :
